Posting pictures of done tattoos works as a form of advertisting and showing the outside world what you are able to and to gain new clients. Unfortunately people nowadays are too scared, lazy or whatsoever to come by the shop so they rather write a direct message or email. What is completely fine. That means we need platforms like instagram and facebook. 

That does not mean, that when I post photos of my tattoos that they are a freeticket for any kind of person (Copycats are no artists.) to use. Besides we are talking about a tattoo what is not a flash but a individually made tattoo what was drawn in my style - when it would be a typical traditional flash you wouldnt hear me about this at all.
It’s important to understand that the copyright owner holds all of the rights to the work – the owner has the right to make copies of the work, distribute the work, display the work, publicly perform the work, and make new varities of the work.
